Servicing

Why service with us

Warranty-friendly servicing

Under the Block Exemption Regulation, you can have your car serviced at any independent garage without affecting your manufacturer warranty — provided the work is carried out to specification using OE-quality parts. That's exactly what we do.

We use genuine or OE-quality parts on every service, we stamp your service book, and we can update Digital Service History records for Ford, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, SEAT and Cupra. If your brand isn't listed, just ask — we're adding new manufacturers regularly.

Our approach

We follow manufacturer service schedules for every make and model, so your car gets exactly the attention it needs at the right intervals. No cutting corners, no unnecessary upselling.

Every service uses genuine or OE-quality parts, and all work is backed by a 12-month guarantee on parts and labour.

FAQ

Car servicing — your questions answered

How often should I service my car?
Most manufacturers recommend a full service every 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. An interim service every 6 months or 6,000 miles helps keep everything in good condition between annual services. Check your owner's handbook for your specific schedule.
Will servicing here void my warranty?
No. Under the Block Exemption Regulation, you can have your car serviced at any independent garage without affecting your manufacturer warranty, provided the work is carried out to the manufacturer's specification using OE-quality parts — which is exactly what we do.
What's the difference between interim, full and major service?
An interim service covers oil and filter change plus basic safety checks — ideal every 6 months. A full service is a comprehensive annual service including oil and filter, air filter, brake check, tyre check, battery test and multi-point inspection. A major service includes everything in a full service plus spark plugs (petrol), fuel filter (diesel), brake fluid change and additional checks, typically every 2 years.
How long does a service take?
An interim service usually takes around 1 to 2 hours. A full service is typically a couple of hours. A major service can take 3 hours or more depending on the vehicle. We'll confirm the expected time when you book in.
Can you update my Digital Service History?
Yes. We can update Digital Service History records for Ford, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, SEAT and Cupra — if your brand isn't listed, ask us as we're adding new ones regularly. This means your service history stays up to date electronically, just as it would at a main dealer.
